ReplyDeleteThis is brilliant stuff, haunting and beautiful. I love stories and reading but I'm usually not a fan of narrative-driven games, but here the interactions and story meld seamlessly together. Would pay for future instalments.
ReplyDeleteGood game, beautiful drawings, as always; but it falls short of Bell's Heart and the Grain of Truth. Started promising enough, but somehow the atmosphere is not there. Maybe because there are too many characters, whose names I cannot even remember? I am supposed to feel as if I am part of this strange community, and by the end of the game I do, but that's a bit too late. I think the "outsider" perspective of the previous games worked much better.

ReplyDeletei agree with Savior comment. Moreover seems to me there are fewer puzzles and more discussion with characters. i can understand why it's necessary for begin the myosotys story's but i think game lost mystery because of this.

Gorgeous! Simply beautiful! Such well drawn art, an intriguing story, and the music and sound are the cherry on top. So much love for these games the story being told. Cannot wait for what is next. The wait for this game was WORTH IT. I was not disappointed. I am so drawn into this story haha. I love a well told story and didn't mind the lack of puzzle this time around. Though for players looking for more difficulty it may be something to consider in the future :) Brilliant game!

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed playing chapter 1. It was so good I played it in one sitting. I couldn't stop. The characters were very interesting. I liked their distinct personalities. I can't wait to see what happens to Little Willow. Will she like Bark?
